The employees are courteous and honest. We’re a liquor company and we leave wine and liquor out in the open and we’ve never had anything taken. We don’t have to worry about the employees. We have a lot of trust with them.
I have used the services of JFS for over 10 years. During this period, I have used them for a variety of services and projects at three of my sites in the DFW metroplex area. I have used them primarily for janitorial and carpet cleaning. I have also used them for remodeling and painting projects. The remodeling projects consisted of interior painting of entire facilities, carpet demo and installation, cabinetry demo and installation, plumbing fixture demo and installation as well as restroom fixture demo and installation.
The greatest attribute of JFS is their customer service. Whenever I have a concern, I can make a phone call or send an email, and always get a resolution. I enjoy that the VP of Operations takes it upon himself to ensure I am a satisfied customer. JFS is a customer-focused vendor that provides quality service and I would highly recommend them.
